Shop Policies
Deposits are required to book. Deposit amount will vary depending on artist and design. Deposits come off the total price of the tattoo and are required to show both the client’s and Artist’s commitment to each other’s time.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
ARTISTS AT ROUILLET TATTOO REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. IF 48 HOURS ARE NOT GIVEN, THE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. IF A CLIENT RESCHEDULES THE SAME APPOINTMENT MORE THAN 2 TIMES - EVEN WITH NOTICE - THE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED AND A NEW ONE WILL NEED TO BE LEFT TO PROCEED WITH BOOKING.
Deposits expire after a year. This means that if you left a deposit, cancelled your appointment and then didn't book back in for a year, you forfeit your deposit.
If you are 20 minutes or more late to your appointment with no notice given, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. We will not tattoo you if you come in sick, drunk, rude, aggressive or otherwise causing issue. We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are on new medications, antibiotics or have a surgery scheduled close to before or after your appointment, please reach out to your artist so they can assess if the appointment will need to be rescheduled or not.
You’re welcome to bring a friend with you as long as they are not getting in the way, causing problems and are respecting the other artists and clients in the shop.
